"Nothing but praise for staff"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 7)

(as a relative),

A couple of weeks ago my partner collapsed at home totally out of the blue. He was found to have multiple Pulmonary embolisms. Although the whole experince was alarming we have nothing but praise for Wishaw A&E staff ( especially Dr Jasmine), the paramedics (massive thanks to Alan the rapid response paramedic) and ALL of the ward 7 staff ( special thanks to Dr Dagg, Dr Joanna and Dr Matt). Extremely thankful to have the NHS and the dedicated people who work there from the cleaners to the consultants!

Dear Huge NHS supporter,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of your care at Wishaw General and very kind feedback.

This must have been a frightening time for you and your partner.

I will certainly pass on your kind words to those involved and I am sure they will be pleased to read your comments on how thankful you are.

My best wishes to you and your partner and continued good progress.

Regards

Andy
