"Thank You!"

My elderly frail mother had her first appointment at the rheumatology department today having been transferred from another part of London. The care and attention was truly fantastic. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurse and the consultant were so respectful of her very complex medical needs. They made her so welcome and did everything they could to be caring. A jolly and professional porter took her to the x ray department, where the most wonderful male receptionist ensured that her wait was as minimal as possible. Again the x ray staff were sympathtic and respectful in every aspect of their care. The level of professionalism and care exceeded my expectations making this difficult trip, for my mother, a pleasure. Thank you!
