"Ambulance crew did not believe I was in need"

I was in need of assistance, and was attended by a male and female ambulance crew. I feel that right from the start they refused to believe that I was truly in need, even though by then I could barely walk or talk. When they did not help me up, I lost my balance and fell, dislocating one of my fingers, which they then did not treat. They dragged me out of the house, even though I feel that my lack of mobility required the use of a wheelchair or stretcher. I was left with bruises and swelling on my forearms where they moved me from my house, and I damaged my knees where they dropped me on the road, and I then had to crawl into the ambulance. I have photographic evidence of my injuries. My trauma didn't stop there - in the back of the ambulance the female crew member pushed an airway tube down my throat even though she knew I was conscious, I think this was because I refused to answer questions about my children. My concern is that this pair are still out and about, working with vulnerable people. In my opinion they should be disciplined and prevented from going anywhere near the public for a very long time.
