"Disgrace"

As I have put a review in the Past, and I was informed by the Chief Executive to contact Pals service, which I did. This is what happened. I called Pals and spoke to a member of staff on the phone and all they said was contact ward manager. I explained to this member of staff that we have been in touch with ward manager and they know how unhappy my mother is in hospital. The member of staff on the phone said that's it then. I asked what do you mean, and I explained that I was informed by the Chief Executive to contact you, and they said well I have told you what to do. There is nothing else I can do for you. They were about to put the phone down, when I said "don't you want to take my details or my mother's" and they paused for few seconds and said "OK tell me". I gave our details, (Which i don't think they were taking notes) as they did not ask me to spell, as I know people find it difficult to spell. I am so upset with how this is being handled. Pals are useless. Had no help from anyone, and my mother who has been in hospital since 11th Feb 2015 and still there, suffering. No one on the ward is helping her, and some of the nurses are shouting at my mother saying they are busy, so she will have to wait. Night nurses are worse. Sorry but it is a disgrace how this is handled, and how your staff treat patients.
