"Choose and book - cant choose cant book - system..."

Trying to get an appointment at the pain clinic is futile. Cant choose hospital and cant book appointment! Massive inconvenience to anyone in pain. Cant book online so phone the booking line only to be informed that appointments have not been released. More waiting, more frustration, more infuriating protocols. Crazy system that does not work. When will somebody with a brain realise that it is a massive waste of time?
