About: King's Mill Hospital

Waited 6 months for this. Then sent for xray on day,back to doctor. Need MRI I will see you later was the comment. Nurse said reception will get you in today and see you later. Reception had no intention of doing anything today, made appointment for two months time. Great to see this all works so well, can hardly walk for 6 months, got to wait another 2. Lovely hospital but run by a defunct nhs. Really disappointed in our nhs systems and its about time it was scrapped, if I had the option to opt out and use my funds to pay for medical, I would All staff with the exception of clinic one person showed great skills but promised what they can't deliver,the reception person should listen and verify with someone before fobbing them off. In my company our customers score us out of ten, we only survive with 9 & 10. This whole procedure is a 2.
