I was absolutely petrified of going to my appointment to have 1 of 3 wisdom teeth removed. The staff were very understanding and kept me calm. They explained the procedure step by step so I knew exactly what was going to happen. The staff were so reassuring that I didn't even need the iv sedation :) the rooms were clean, the staff were laughing and joking and I was back out ofthe room after 20 minutes with my wisdom tooth removed. I know when my next appointment comes through i won't be too scared to go now. I would love to go back and thank the staff that removed my wisdom tooth yesterday as they made me realise not all dentists are the same. So thank you :)
