"Opthalmic dept initial visit."

About: Ashford Hospital

Arrived at Ashford Hospital on time and was seen very quickly by nuring staff who checked eyes and gave eyedrops within minutes, great, just what we needed. Eyes were scanned, again within a few minutes. Then waited 50 mins to see cunsultant, on complaining we were told that we were next. Yet people who arrived after us were seen before us? Consultant then treated us af if we were troublemakers.. Not very friendky and difficult to get information out of. Shame the consultant let down the excellect work by their nursing staff!
