i had very bad chest pain i did walk in and wait two and half hours and no one call me and i leave the hospital at 3 am, no doctor turn up to see me at all .

I am sorry that you left the Emergency Department without being assessed because there was a long wait. You should have been triaged on arrival to assess the urgency with which you required medical review. Had the triage nurse felt that you required urgent review you would usually be called forward quickly so I can only assume that the opinion was that you could wait to be seen, despite the frustration that this casued you.
