"Ok service"

My child was having treatment in the dermatology ward . I felt that I wasn't given much information about the treatment prior to her admission. No one showed me around the ward , it wasn't very organised . The doctors seem to be almost giving their opinion on the treatment they wish to carry out on the child without giving any thought if the parent is happy with going ahead with it. The care provided by the nurses was good but I could tell that the services are strained and the discharge time was appalling . I'm happy with the treatment overall but felt that they can improve their services in many ways .
