I have been seeing the doctor for 18 months for continued pain after shingles it is in my head the side of my face and my eye my eyelid is very swollen and red and it is impairing my vision, I last saw the doctor last sept since when they have been off sick they were going to arrange for an infusion to try and ease the pain they are still off work and now their secretary is off sick I was given the e-mail address for another person but it keeps being returned I am desperate for this infusion please can you help.I have lost my hearing so the phone is impossible Mrs Vanessa Carrett
