"Everyone on Vickers 2 is amazing!"

Because I have long term health problems it is very reassuring to go onto Vickers 2 ward as they know and understand my problems. The treatment I received was excellent and it was an unknown problem and was very quickly diagnosed and treatment began within 12 hours. The food was good and better selection now and meal times are prompt. I found the disabled toilet access to be fraught with dangers i.e. obstacles left so making it very difficult for me as I am in a wheel chair and visually impaired. Several times I banged into cones and trolleys. Having said that, nursing staff would have always helped me if I had asked. I wouldn’t change anything or any aspect of Vickers 2/renal E because they are also very good to my mum and without their care over the last 10 years, I might not even be here. Everyone on Vickers 2 is amazing and nothing is too much trouble Thank you.
