"Thanks, no complaints"

I’m writing to thank all the staff in all departments that had dealings with me for their efficiency, kindness and care during my recent stay in Bournemouth Hospital. A small breast cancer was found in a routine mammogram and was removed 4 weeks and 2 days later – extremely speedily as far as I am concerned. I stayed over night in Ward 12 where the staff were particularly supportive. There was an elderly woman, who was potentially “difficult” as she was very confused. All the staff attending to her were patient and calm in explain things over and over again. I am very aware of all the negativity in the media about the NHS and know of the huge problems this organisation faces but I have been more than satisfied with my treatment and wanted this to be put on record.
