I have given the hospital a low rating as my uncle was taken into hospital on the 4th Feb and admitted with phumonia he was put in critical care ward which myself and the family cannot fault the care from the nurses my uncle received was very good unfortunately they moved him out of critical care due to him having diarrhea he was put in a room all by himself which made him panic and the door just closed on him not very good care when I was visiting him one evening he asked me to go and get a nurse as he needed a bit more oxygen I went out to nurses station and stood there for 5 minutes or so while they were all chatting and having a laugh I felt I was in the way I asked a nurse if my uncle could have more oxygen I was told I will b there in a minute. my uncle seemed to go downhill very quickly after being moved my aunt was getting calls to go up there as he had taken a turn for the worse he was then moved again to another part of the ward my cousin went up to sit with his dad as things weren't looking good but got turned away which plays a lot on his mind as when he got home he got the call to say his dad had sadly passed away my family and I feel very dissatisfied with some of the care my uncle received and as you can imagine he has left behind a very heart broken wife I also feel if someone is at the end of life is it really fair that the other patients have to watch a family going through that wasn't very nice for them and also for my aunt and my mum who was at my uncles side at the end so at the moment we are very dissatisfied with the care at this hospital
"Not happy"
