At the Retinal Screening Centre, Orpington Hospital (BR6 9JU), in February 2015, I experienced exceptionally courteous and helpful treatment from both the optometrist, Faizel, and his assistant, Seyi. It made for a very pleasant visit. This has not always been the case with some staff that I have met in this Centre on previous visits.
