(as the patient),

I admit I'm a member of staff at East Surrey so my experience might be different to what others have, but from what I saw I don't believe that to to be the case as I saw lots of good examples of great patient care.

I was admitted at 8am for an Angiography and was done and gone by 11: 30. Dr. Allen was my cardiologist and performed everything with calm efficiency and was able to tell me straightaway that everything was ok.

The nursing team were all friendly and caring but I would particularly mention Anna, Jean and Mency who were all very good.
