Nurse Rachel was very understanding when I phoned to express my concern about my boyfriend who was previously a patient. She told me very calmly and clearly who to call and also checked what symptoms my boyfriend was displaying.
We are waiting for the doctor now and I don't feel frightened anymore so I feel much calmer in myself.
