"Useless system"

About: King George Hospital

Your hospital contact system does not work. I have just been on the phone for fifteen minutes passeed from the operator to the appointments line, on hold, through to the operator again, on hold again, theough to the wrong department, back to the operator and then on hold before being cut off by an answer machine. Disguating waste of time and phone bill to get nowehere.
