"ENT Appointment"

I had an appointment arranged for 10.45am with the Consultant however he was off sick. A member of staff pointed this out to me within 5 minutes of booking in and I was told that I could see another consultant which I agreed to. I was then seen by a Professor who was really good and took the time to explain what needs to be done to remove my Thyroid which is enlarged and has grown in to my chest and explained that this is a procedure that I need but is not without risk. I was very impressed with the detail I was given and feel that I am really confident with the Professor who came across as very professional & caring.
