Chaotic appointments. Cancelled appointments then re-arranged and cancelled again. Letters each time wasting paper and postage. No response to requests for vital information until after several phone calls & then it was incomplete & not what I'd asked for. Different info depending who I spoke to. Basically left in limbo until I insisted I really was meant to be having a follow up appointment though it will be nearly 6 months of waiting now I've got a date. Very sad as this is holding up further important treatment for another health condition.
