(as the patient),

My husband and I would like to thank the two fantastic ladies who run the wheelchair service in Bolton at Lever Chambers. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very caring and made my father in law feel very relaxed and reassured him with the concerns he had. He came away today with a new wheelchair and pressure cushion and is over the moon, we took him back to the nursing home today and he has shown everyone his new set of wheels. Once again thanks must go to the two ladies, we had a laugh with them and our concerns were soon dealt with and more importantly my father in law was treated with respect, which is sometimes overlooked. They made it very stress free and made my father in law a very happy man

We are very pleased to hear of the positive experience and praise for the ladies at Bolton Wheelchair Service and offer thanks for the time and trouble taken, in posting these comments.

All of the staff within NHS Bolton endeavour to provide a service of excellence and it is gratifying to read that service users recognise and appreciate this. I will pass your comments onto the Service Manager and the ladies at the Wheelchair Service. Once again many thanks.
