The taxi driver was early just as well as he didn’t have much English. I had hardly sat down after using the “mechanical” entry, then I went to be weighed and have my blood pressure checked. Again after a very short time Nikki called me to her office. She involved me in a conversation and made some notes. Pointing out that I had got arthritis in my hips and that I would get good + bad times.
It’s good to know you can get help when you’re not managing so well. Very hot times & very cold weather do feel awful until I get over it. As soon as I got home I developed a dreadful cough and the shivers. Then I’ve sneezed and sneezed and blown my nose with it sore. At least the sinusitis pain seems to have gone. Sinusitis, my own diagnosis – but I’ve had it on and off for years.
