"My husbands care"

About: Derriford Hospital / Accident and emergency Mount Gould Hospital

(as a carer),

He was paralysed in September. Discharged into unsuited sheltered housing in December , with the wrong equipment which caused him to have an accident. He was dropped off at A&E at Derriford and left there. He has met his OT once and not heard from her for over a month. He has had to sort all his own medical supplies. The OT has done nothing to help and not even bothered to come and pick up the wrong shower chair left for him.
