"Great service, wonderful staff"

I had an anterior repair surgery done by a Consultant in November 2014. Although I waited far beyond the 18 week guideline for my surgery, once I actually had it done, I was so pleased with the treatment I received. I was informed by staff that the hospital was on black alert. Yet, I was treated promptly and with the utmost respect at all times. The consultant called in early the following morning to check up on me. Fortunately I was able to go home later that evening. I had my three month follow up in February 2015 and actually saw the consultant, not one of the underlings, which so often happens. Once again, all went very well. I can't praise the staff on the ground at Treliske enough. To be so short of staff and still manage to cope, they all deserve a big bonus.
