"Mess and disorganization wrong medications and..."

I had diagnosted a pneumotorax ,they gave me a mix of tablets so wrong that provocate an allergie that blow my face to burst and full of itching grain ,I had to go the the chemist to ask for help ,they gave me a medication to cancel those allergic effect, never happened in 41 years old of my life. second mistake ,I had an infection on my toe ,I had to go during 2 month every week ,as they didn't give the rigth dose to kill the infection ,at the end my toe remain deformed for life as dr said "as" it healled in that way".That hospital is full of staff taht act like they are in a party all the time and haven't background in healthy ,how they can develop clinic eye? even the staff speak proper English!,how you can study to became nurse or Dr.if you don't speak properly the language that you study on?,and on top the nurse needs a controller(a GP)to make sure she does all the steps properly! What happens ?that the nurse has not common sense? no she doesn't because the nurse contradicted the diagnost of the Dr.!
