"Rubbish"

About: Calderdale Royal Hospital

I recently visited the hospital as I had an accident at work and hurt my elbow, when I went in for my x Ray I was waiting for around an hour! When I finally got called in for the x Ray, it took 2 members of staff around 30 minutes just to take 2 x Rays of my elbow, it was as if they had no idea what they were doing, I then went back to wait in emergency to wait to be seen again, I got called out, grabbed my bag and coat to follow the male nurse and when I'd got up to follow him he had already rushed off into a room which I then had to find as I didn't know which room he'd entered, when I finally found the room the nurse told me to sit down and he said he'd be right back he was then around 10 minutes and I recieved absolutely no eye contact during conversation, very rude! He then left the room again without no word and a female nurse came in to see me, didn't say anything to me, put a bandage on my arm and then left the room, again with no word, I was sat in the room putting my coat on not knowing what to do, I didn't know whether I was done or if they wanted me to stay for a chat on how to look after my arm, or how long I should leave the bandage on. I left the room and spoke to the nurse that put the bandage on and asked her if that was it and she said yes. I am absolutely disgusted at this service and i felt ignored and upset that no one gave me any advice or even asked if it hurts and the fact that I was looked down upon and discharged without no pain relief prescription. Rubbish.
