"Care and Compassion"

I would like to share my experience of having treatment at The Nightingale Centre and ward F16. Throughout my diagnosis and treatment I have been treated with care and compassion from everyone I came into contact with. I have been given the opportunity to make informed choices about the surgery I was having and my surgeon listened to what I wanted. There was always a Breast Care nurse available to give me reassurrance, explanations and answer any questions I may have. The staff on ward F16 were professional and nothing was too much trouble, I would therefore like to say a big "Thank you" to them all , they offer a fantastic service and should be recognised for doing so!
