I saw the consultant on the 20th Jan 2015 who confirmed I needed an operation H e felt my problem would be best dealt with by another consultant and would refer me to him. I waited patiently and then after 2 weeks I contacted the first consultants secretary to find out why I had not herd anything more.. I left a message and she got back to me the same day. She said they had not had time to do the letter and where behind and I should hear within 7 - 10 days. I left it for 10 days and then rang again, had to leave a message. I have rung again today and it is the answer phone again. Did not bother leaving another message as I found this site. It is now 41 days since my original consultation. How much longer is it going to be. Not having time to type letter is not a good enough excuse, people seem to forget how stressful, not to mention, uncomfortable these conditions can be, it may only be a job to yourselves but to us it is quality and comfort of life. I have not completed all the questions above as I was only at a consultation. I would also like to say that the time it takes to answer the phone and look up info is probably as long as it would take to write a standard letter. I have written this because it is not the first time it has happened according to your reviews.
"still waiting"
