About: Wansbeck Hospital

I reported to the clinic at 730am,early start... the staff all made me comfortable and explained what would happen re the back injections. The consultant came along and had a chat with me.I was second on the list and didn't have to wait long. The procedure went very well and didn't cause any pain.The consultant and all staff were so kind. then back on the ward we received a tray with teapot and China cups!so much nicer than disposable cups.well done all around.

I am delighted that you were kept well informed by kind and thoughtful staff who were focused on providing you with efficient and high quality care. Excellent news.
