"Worst experience of my life"

It was unhygienic, urine and blood on the floor for over 24hrs. I was told I could not keep my wheelchair with me whilst in hospital as there was no space for it. Poorly managed, my notes were lost and I was nearly administered the wrong drugs. I wanted to call an ambulance at one point as I was in a huge amount of pain having a spasm and I was told there was no one available as it was shift change and everyone was in a staff update meeting.
