"Absolutely amazing staff, just fantastic."

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff on Ward 2, I went in for an operation on 12th Feb 2015, the staff were fantastic, very polite, helpful and friendly, nothing at all was any trouble for them. They were on point when it came to my needs and managing my pain relief. They all make you feel so relaxed, the ward was spotless, if you needed any help,they gave it to you straight away. I couldn't praise them enough for their excellent nursing skills and the care and attention that I was given. I will never forget my experience, as they helped me get through a very frightening operation. I would also like thank you to my Consultant Urologist and his team for their exceptional care. Also, a huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Broadgreen Urology Department. From start to finish, every person I encountered, from theatre staff, cleaners, nurses, catering staff, porters etc were all absolutely brilliant. You all gave me the best care and attention.
