"bad operater and terrible answer service"

Hello I needed to ring lister for my wife it took ringing 7 times to get through to a operater and each time I let it ring 5 mins long and also when put through to the clinic was cut off twice before getting through the third time and felt this was very bad service personally and was upset as was for a appointment and felt it was a emergency it could of been worse.
