"Very good care"

About: Northern General Hospital

I was a patient admitted through A&E, MAU2 then Vickers 1. All the doctors & nurses were very good. All the nurses introduced themselves. They all worked hard to look after me but it was very obvious all the wards were short staffed & the nurses were rushed off their feet.

Response from Deborah Hopkinson, Patient Experience Co-ordinator, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Dear Mr Rowe

Thank you for taking the time to give us your kind comments on the care you received at the Northern General Hospital. I have noted that the staff provided good care despite the busy environment.

Staff always welcome positive feedback and I will ensure your comments are passed on to those involved.

I hope you continue to make a good recovery. Kind regards.
