"Good and Bad"

About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

Dental staff at the hospital were great on my initial visit. Received a further appointment from them which didn't tell me what I was having done. When I rang up to ask, I was told that I was having a tooth out. I only went for an x-ray on a previous root canal! The dentist I saw did not mention extractions and the receptionist I spoke to didn't seem to have a clue what she was talking about. The next time I tried to ring, the phone was ringing for 5 minutes before anyone picked up.
