"Dont understand the purpose of TRAQS feedback leaflet"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Consultation with my GP on 15/10/14 resulted in him referring me for an echo scan.

TRAQS letter dated 21/11/14 simply told me where my referral had been passed to. No discussion/choice involved. Purpose of this feedback leaflet therefore not understood.

Telford Hopsital letter dated 24th November 2014 advised an appointment on 2nd December 2014
