"Grateful thanks to all Orthopaedics staff"

About: Conquest Hospital

A huge thank you to all staff in the Richard Ticehurst unit in the department of surgery for all their care and attention shown to me on the day of my operation. Everything was explained very clearly to me, my concerns were heard not only by the nursing staff but also by the doctors.Theatre staff very reassuring and again listened to my concerns, the staff in recovery were excellent. I was taken to Cookson Devas ward where the staff continued the excellent care that I had experience since my arrival at the hospital at 7.20am the morning. On my discharge all my follow up care was explained clearly, even to the point of being told I could ring the ward if I had any concerns. Thank you very much for taking great care of me.
