"A and E"

I attended A and E yesterday. Not only was the person on the initial reception fairly rude I was shocked to discover a system where colour coded cards stating their ailment are given to patients to present to the second reception, which the patient has to hold on to and hand over at the next area. . It is not acceptable to be marked out with "mental Health or alchohol problems" and I doubt the girl in front of me was less than thrilled to be holding a card informing everyone of her gynaecological problems. Where is the confidentiality?
