"Maternity ward/delivery suite"

As a first time mother to be, I rang the unit to discuss concerns I had about my unborn baby. Staff were very attentive over the phone, asked me to come in to be checked. From the management of my concerns at the beginning to the end of my overnight admission, (midwives, consultants, Drs and other care staff) were efficient, friendly, informative and reassured me right from the beginning. I felt listened to and felt confident to voice my concerns. Staff completed full and thorough assessments which was very reassuring and I have no hesitation in putting my trust in the staff working there and look forward to delivering my baby at East Surrey Hospital.
