"Hospital feedback"

on 11th of February i went in for a operation in Elisabeth ward after waiting all morning. I have PD and i was made to walk all the way to theater feeling nervous and upset and this hospital can not understand medical conditions. there was a great lack of care and understanding. my arms are black and blue buy unprofessional staff trying to take blood. My blood transfusion was a mess and my arm was num and several attempts were made to start the transfusion. You are supposed to leave hospital feeling better but i felt worse. After care is disgusting. this hospital needs to take a lesson for caring for the patient from luton and dunstable hospital. Watford hospital plays with people and you are just a bed number.
