"PDU, plastics and dental team"

Thank you so much for looking after my little boy. The paediatric staff were so caring and went out of their way to ensure my son was comfortable. The plastics team are terribly understaffed and therefore we had to wait 8 hours to see the Registrar (he was in theatre all day) and 28 hours to go to theatre (although my son required the dental team to be in theatre also so quite a complicated procedure and difficult coordinating two teams). I must point out that although the wait sounds terrible, my son was comfortable, entertained and not distressed at all. We are on a long road to recovery but you have all been fantastic and when I called today with a concern put my son into clinic within half an hour to be assessed - amazing.
