"Lack of care"

I have tried for 2 consecutive days for an emergency appointment and have been told on both occaisions that no appointments are available and when I rang today there wasn't even an emergency dentist available. I am disgusted at the level of service and compassion by the staff. It is supposed to be a service for emergency treatment but when you have an emergency you can't get treated. What else or where else are you supposed to go.
