"Very impressive A&E"

Had to go to A&E on saturday morning with a small emergency. When I arrived, the staff were very friendly and there was a very small queue. I was seen my the doctor within 25 minutes, and he was very kind, professional and gentle with my cut thumb. He sent me to get an X-RAY, where I went straight into the room with no waiting time at all. After my X-RAY, I thought that this is when the long wait starts, but I was very wrong. I only had to wait another 20 minutes before I was seen by a very friendly nurse. He was also very careful with my thumb and bandaged me up very well. For a saturday morning, I was extremely surprised I was in and out of A&E within 1.5 hours. The hospital was clean, easy to navigate and best of all, the staff were great. Would recommend anyone to it who is living in the West London area.
