"Delighted with evening appointment"

I was delighted to be given an evening appointment with the ENT Consultant, Mr Carr, at the BGH this week

I was able to leave home; get parked at the BGH; see the Consultant and still manage to get home to Selkirk, all within the hour.

The Consultant was extremely friendly and helpful and I was taken At the appointed time.

You read so much negative news about the NHS these days and so it is important that good, positive developments Are both reported and praised.

Well done to the BGH and the medical and nursing staff for arranging appointments at times which suit members of the public.
