I went to the Southmead A&E department yesterday with sever back spasms and they dealt with my issue swiftly and compassionately. I was in terrible pain and they recognised this and acted as quickly as they could to aid with this. Even though it was busy I did not feel rushed and they only let me leave when both myself and the hospital staff were happy I was ok to go.
