"Staff made endoscopy easier to bear"

I can't say it's a pleasure to undergo such treatment/examination; but, thanks to the staff it was made so much easier to bear.
The staff; right from the the reception clerk to the rehabilitation were exceptionally jolly, polite and very attentive. If this is the NHS then count me as a number one fan.
