"We are thankful for the help and support"

About: Birmingham Hospice – Erdington

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Knowing that there was someone who understood my feelings and how I was able to deal with them helped to make this more bearable.

We are thankful for all the help and support for my family - it is good to know that there is a person at the end of the telephone line, not a machine.
