About: Cavendish Hospital

I have visited the Cavendish Hospital on several occasions I do find the parking there a nightmare but my main concern (and of others) is the total lack of "customer friendly" in the Receptionist at the main front office. I find the Receptionist very frosty faced and get the feeling that everything is too much trouble for her. All that is needed in this case is a warm and friendly smile! We are attending a hospital after all. I would add that the nurses in the dept are very welcoming. Blood Test Dept.
