"Trying to book an appointment at Darwen Health Centre"

I find it very disheartening that I can't ring and speak to a receptionist over lunchtime in my doctor's practice (which is based within Darwen Health Centre) to try and book an appointment etc.

For some people this is one of the few times in a day when they are free to ring. Likewise, much after 5pm no one seems to be available, so then I have to ring the next morning, by which time I'm en route to work, which means it's then down to trying at lunchtime and so the cycle continues...

Could this please be looked at? Thanks.
