(as the patient),

Everything was good except that my appointment was rearranged 2 times. This meant instead of having an appointment after work, I had to book time off work which isn’t very helpful when you are a teacher and have to re-plan your lessons.

I am sorry that the appointment booked with TRAQS was rebooked by the hospital. We do advise patients/callers that the appointments we book are subject to change if the consultant feels a different clinic or date is more appropriate and I am sure you can appreciate that althoug it is not always ideal for the patient this is unfortunately outside our control.
