"Service has changed immensely for the better!"

About: Guernsey House / Primary care addiction service Sheffield (PCASS)

After not being in the service for a long time, I was impressed at how the length of time to wait for my appointment has changed at Guernsey House. I went to Turning Point on the Wednesday, was at Fitzwilliam for Thursday and at Guernsey by Tuesday. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time by a doctor who was friendly and nice and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up her time. They answered all my questions and was really helpful in terms of my career etc. Comparing this to the service five years ago it has changed immensely for the better. I was very pleased that everything ran to time and was treated really well. Thank you very much.
